Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of training programs and providing administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations. Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, this position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for completing purchase requisitions, maintain master calendar, booking appointments/meetings, etc.
Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or equivalent training and experience in a related field of study is required with a minimum of Minimum 3-5 years office administrative support experience is preferred Minimum 1-3 years training experience is preferred.
Skills/Abilities
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Project, PhotoShop and Publisher are a plus
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
