Responsibilities
· Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external training initiatives
· Participate in the instructional design process, including client needs analysis
· Deliver (individual & group) training as needed -- external/internal
· Work closely with account management and staff to ensure continuity/success of learning process for client
· Provide problem solving / troubleshooting of software applications as needed
· Log and track trainings via a management database; maintain history records and related documentation
Analytical, strong problem solver, strong interpersonal skills, ability to self-manage, strong presentation skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate has strong content knowledge of advertising industry and working knowledge of one or more applications.
