Temporary position - approx 4-6 mos. We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to help organize and kick-start a corporate learning system. We have the parts and pieces selected from the industry resources available to us. We need someone to pull it all together and work within our LMS to adminster the start-up phase.
This position would handle a vital role in mapping out a curriculum for most job titles and then set up scheduling for the next 12 months. The company is committed to a culture of learning and this position would play a vital role in forming the foundation of how it will work.
Candidate must have a background in Training as part of a Human Resources dept. or in a corporate Training Dept. with experience in adminstering a corporate training schedule. The position would report to the Director of Business Development. You would work from our corporate headquarters in Grandview. The schedule is flexible.
Our company is a family-owned electrical supplies distributor that will soon celebrate its 100th year of business. We have 3 divisions that serve Central Ohio businesses and national retailers.
