Support the analytic workforce training program. Apply knowledge of customer and analyst training to effectively assist new employees to become established as analysts. Develop training plans for new analysts to include on-line and classroom training from all available sources. Establish lending library of professional training aids. Provide ISD support to assist in the presentation of analyst professional development courses. Draft generic training plan for all entry level analysts. Develop training metrics for achievement and adequacy of instruction.

Required

- Bachelor's and 8 years of related experience including 4 yrs in developing, documenting, and delivering development programs

14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD

- Demonstrated success in designing curricula

- Experience in using case studies and simulated exercises for maximum student participation and interaction

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
