Their Opportunity – Our Client is in need of a Training Coordinator for their Iowa based manufacturing operation. You will get to develop and implement the company’s training methodology across all dealer and customer training platforms. You will be a self-starter and lead all training programs and training outcomes.
· Develop project plan – specific courses and content.
· Researches other established training techniques, new presentation technologies, and training best practices used by other companies.
· Develops appropriate curricula and supporting aids for all approved training.
· Consults with staff members to keep training information current.
· Oversees sales, service, and repair parts training.
· Coordinates training for any special event.
· Conducts new District Sales Manager training as it relates to marketing.
The ideal candidate will have adult training experience in an (heavy) equipment industry.
What We Are Looking For In a Top Candidate -
· Bachelor Degree: Education; may also be Marketing with training experience
· Past experience managing people
· Solid training methodology
· You need show proven experience making positive changes in a training program and trainers (assertive disposition)
· Minimum of five years adult training or educational program development and
marketing in an equipment industry
· Train the trainer experience.
· Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Prefer Project Management / Training Design Certificates
Reports to - Vice President and CMO
Compensation – Based on experience. Excellent benefit package included.
