Job Description
Plan and manage Fiserv's internal training programs in the Depository Institutions Services Division. this includes job skills, soft skills and technical training. Develop and maintain career development and skills inventory programs.
- manage training needs analysis, curriculum development, selection and/or development of classes, program delivery and evaluation, and administration
- Manage activities of staff (hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary
- Consult with clients on Human Performance Improvement initiatives and develop sill and knowledge solutions to implement
- build relationships with internal managers and directors to facilitate OD initiatives as appropriate
-Develop and deliver training when required
Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge and application experience in education analysis, job function analysis and task analysis required
- Technical knowledge/experience in Instructional/graphic/web/paper based design and development, performance support strategies, consulting and implementation of change management initiatives, consulting in management and leadership development and Organizational Development initiatives and job skills training
- Minimum 9 years experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Experience in Project management from an education perspective
- People management experience required
