HR Service Delivery

Deloitte's Civilian Segment is currently searching for a Training Specialist with an active Top Secret or above clearance
.
 
Location: Washington, DC
 
Position Profile:
The contractor shall develop a technology training plan to include budget preparation; liaison with counterparts from the Information Technology Branch and the Training Division; development of training schedules; liaison with Headquarters and field office personnel; and, compilation of statistics about training sessions held.  The contractor shall keep his/her Government manager informed of the project's status to include, but not limited to, risks to its successful completion, schedule slippages, requirements that are unclear or incomplete, cost overruns, and any concerns about the trainers' ability to complete the training.  The contractor shall also participate as assigned on any FBI, Intelligence Community and/or law enforcement working group that is formed to address training needs that impact the client.
 
Position Required Skills:
- Active TS at a minimum, will eventually need an SCI/CI
- Bachelors degree in communications
, training, or related field
- 4 years experience in training.  This can be through evaluating classroom/web based training or creating classroom/web based training.
- 4 years experience in developing Web-based (WBT) and Computer-Based (CBT) training / e-learning design and development
- At least 4 year of experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles/methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience with word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and other Web-enabled applications
- At least 4 years of experience with Adobe FLASH - Creating animations and videos based on storyboards-   - At least 4 years of experience in creating storyboards.
 
Position Desired Skills:
- ISD and/or SCORM certifications.
- Experience with Snagit
- Familiar with Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) requirements.
- Be able to analyze content, target audience, job tasks, and learning environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies - Be able to coordinate with
team of Subject Matter Experts in order to develop training
