- Conducts onsite, classroom-based training to the US Army Transportation Command, including hands-on exercise planning and support
- Supports the instructor led delivery of training for several US Army Transportation software systems (TC-AIMS2, TC-ACCIS, AALPS and DAMMS-R)
- Assists in providing training and technical manual development in support of overall system development
- Supports coordination with stakeholders to ensure that curriculum covers all required areas of instruction, as required
- Provides timely feedback to the curriculum development branch regarding corrections to Program of Instruction (POIs)
- Supports enrollment & logistics coordination in the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), as required
- Supports reproduction (hardcopy) of training materials and inventory maintenance at required levels to support missions, as required
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a functional training role with the US Army Transportation Command, with an emphasis on systems technology and business process training development and design
Direct, hands on experience with one or more of the following US Army Transportation Command software systems: PM-AIMS2, TC-ACCIS, AALPS and DAMMS-R
At least 2 years of instructor-led training, presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures
Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables
Bachelor’s degree or 1 - 2 years experience in training, education or instructional design principles
