NGP Management, LLC is an established and franchisee of Dunkin' Brands.  We currently operate 122 store locations throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Our Corporate office is located in North Reading, MA.

We are currently seeking a qualified Training Store Manager.   In this fast pace environment you will be responsible for managing and directing all day to day operations of the Dunkin' Donuts training store location.  In addition you will maintain the highest standards of customer service, analyze the budget, food and labor costs to maximize profits, ensure compliance with standards for safety and sanitation, provide outstanding leadership, create high-performance teams, train, develop and motivate employees, as well as adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Included in the managing of the day-to-day operations of the training store are, scheduling, ordering, maintenance, staffing, etc.  Consistently meets Dunkin’ Brands as well as, NGP Management, LLC operating standards in all areas of management (sales, costs, cleanliness, etc)

·         Maintains training atmosphere by including Managers-in-Training in all managerial administrative tasks and shift-running responsibilities to increase practice opportunities and skill proficiency

·         Maintains training atmosphere for all hourly-level positions, by ensuring crew readiness for positions, tracking of training and requirement fulfillment

·         Collaborates with Training Department representatives in executing training of Managers-in-Training, providing feedback and evaluation on MIT performance

Qualifications/skills:

·         Demonstrates a passion for the development of others, by providing mentoring and role-modeling managerial behavior

·         Demonstrates initiative in piloting programs and training endeavors, as the “seed store” for all other stores in the franchise network

·         Must have previous training and operational experience,

·          QSR experience a plus

·          Foodservice background preferred

·         Ability to act independently and make decisions that achieve optimal results
