TRAINING SUPERVISOR

We ensure the safety of our plasma therapeutics for people whose lives and well-being depend on us. We have an opportunity for a Training Supervisor to play a critical role in medical development and customer interaction at our Charlotte Plasma Donor Center.

You will be responsible for delivering, scheduling and conducting training and developmental activities. Duties include providing feedback on employee performance; identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes; creating and updating training records/files; and maintaining the ability to perform all tasks within the center. You will also ensure center adherence to all state and federal regulations and operating procedures.

Associate's degree or equivalent required. We prefer experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment, ideally in a training role. Experience with plasma or whole blood desired. You must obtain certification in donor screening, phlebotomy and plasma processing within 4 months, and as a Designated Trainer within 6 months. Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills are essential.
