Job Function Overview:
As a Transition Manager on the Client Integration team, you will be accountable for successfully transitioning new clients into Wipro/Infocrossing support. The role requires extensive travel to ensure that our new clients are immediately impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the Wipro/Infocrossing team. Transition Managers are the leaders charged with ensuring that all aspects of the statement of work are tracked, managed, and executed. The Transition Manager is also responsible for establishing and sustaining a healthy relationship with the customer so that steady state activities can transition smoothly. The scope for these programs generally includes both a services transition and a data center migration. More common components include workflow management, data center migration for both distributed systems & mainframe, and 3rd party vendor management. The Transition Manager will oversee the work of multiple project managers and a diverse population of technical resources all focused on the successful transition of services.
