Entry Level Sales - Restaurant Servers and Bartenders
Sick of working nights and weekends and bad tips? Transition from your restaurant position to a Sales and Marketing/ Customer Service position with full training!
With a recent increase in demand from one of our biggest telecommunications clients and their new fiber optic expansions, BBC, Inc. is looking to expand its marketing team and its outside sales force in the upcoming weeks. Hands on training and coaching is required to properly develop these individuals.
Ideal candidates for the position are:
- Individuals with previous restaurant experience looking to make a transition into a professional sales and marketing career
- Individuals with a military background
- Individuals with a sports background
- Recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door in the marketing and sales world
The responsibilities of the position will include:
- One on one face to face sales interactions with existing and prospective customers
- All sales interactions will be in person, cold phone calls are not a requirement
- Capturing market data and customer feedback
- The ability to operate in a strong sports-oriented team environment as well as an individual
Complete classroom style and hands-on training will be provided for the individual.
Growth Prospects will include:
- Performance based pay and incremental pay increases
- Ability to develop into a sales trainer by reaching sales targets
- Supervisory and or Management potential in 1-2 years time for top individuals

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
- Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group.
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of new technologies in the internet and television entertainment world.
