Transportation Administrator
The Domestic Transportation Administrator is the support role for Domestic Transportation.  This support includes working with setting up new vendors so they can submit for routing, responding to vendor inquires, as well as various reports and communication to the R' Us organization.


Works with new vendors to set them up in routing system.
Accepting orders in Purchase Order Management system.
Communicating orders that may arrive late to Planning and Allocations.
Retrieving and responding to Vendor e-mails and voice mails.
General administrative support and reporting.
 
Self motivated individual with good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritized multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited direction.
