Michael Baker Jr., Inc. a top 50 ENR Design firms is seeking a Construction Manager with a Transportation background to join our Horsham, Pennsylvania office.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. Degree in Engineering and or a Professional Engineering Registration (PE) in Pennsylvania.  Eight to 15 years of TCIS/TCM experience preferably with PennDOT is required.  TCIS/TCM experience can be substituted for certifications which include NICET, ACI/PennDOT Concrete, NECEPT Field Technician and CDS NextGen. Software experience preferred includes Microsoft Word and Excel, CDS NextGen and ECMS. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inspection staff, monitoring project schedules, processing estimates for payment, conducting progress meetings and performing other related duties for PennDOT projects at the field level.  NICET IV certification is preferred.
