The time is right to join HNTB Corporation. We are a national transportation infrastructure firm that offers design and engineering expertise to the Colorado Department of Transportation and Colorado Municipal Clients. We are seeking a candidate for a Transportation Project Engineer in our Denver, Colorado Office. Responsibilities: • Develops, plans, specifications and reports for local Colorado Clients. • May supervise and schedule work of other team members • Mentorship of younger engineers. • Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. • Managing project schedules, budgets, scope and quality Cost control on projects and quality control within discipline. Planning, design and construction phases of projects. Completeness and accuracy of design team work. Technical liaison with client for work within the discipline.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering 8-10 years of experience with the Colorado Department of Transportation and experience in the Colorado Transportation market with a strong emphasis on Roadway and Transportation. Firm understanding of CDOT CADD applications including MicroStation and Inroads. Able to lead CDOT transportation projects with minimal guidance.
