Job Description:

We are seeking a hard working professional travel agent to join our team of dedicated corporate and leisure agents. This position will be responsible for assisting medium size to small corporate accounts.

This position requires a strong sense of team, professionalism, reliability, dedication, attention to detail and must add value by consultation.

Hours: Monday –Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• This is a professional office job (No virtual agents please)
  
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a front line agent processing corporate bookings
  
• Must have first hand experience and extensive knowledge of ticketing rules, exchanges, including partial exchanges, and refunds.
  
• Must posses extensive knowledge of international travel and including routings and documentation requirements
  
• Must have a strong work ethic and focus completely on customer service
  
• Must be very detail oriented and able to take direction
  
• Must be able to consult travelers with options to save time or money on every transaction

Salary and Benefits:

Salary depends on experience. Salary, potential quarterly bonus, plus benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching funds. Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid FAM time and FAM allowance.
