Position Description
Travel Coordinator

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. company and industry leader in aircraft management, maintenance and charter services is seeking a Travel Coordinator position for our facility at Lunken airport in Cincinnati, Ohio. The position will work Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.  Executive Jet Management is committed to providing World Class Service to its Aircraft Owners and Charter Customers through our exceptionally well skilled employees.

 

Position Summary:

·         Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

·         Responsible for arranging details of client trips such as 91pax & crew ground transportation, 135 crew ground transportation, all crew airlines. Maintain up to date travel profiles for EJM employees and all crew members.

·         Responsible for arranging all crew movements to and from training, as well as airline, hotel and rental car.

·         Maintain up to date profiles for EJM employees and all crew members.

·         Log cost savings and/or deviations from cost saving opportunities related to air, car and hotels.

·         Maintain credit card log accuracy.

·         Avoid no show charges and negotiate unavoidable no-show charges when possible.

·         Reconcile credit card discrepancies.

·         Advance planning for hotels/cars related to special events.

·         Liaison with NJ travel desk for cost saving opportunities.  Seek EJM/NJ rates at frequent EJM destinations.

·         Assist in the input and research of flight/service deviations per the company's deviation management process.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

§         Good communication and computer skills are essential. 

§         An aviation background is preferred. 

§         Customer service experience is required. 

§         High School diploma. 

§         Two-year college degree or equivalent. 

§         Travel degree/diploma preferred. 

§         Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
