About the Job

What you will do
Under general guidance, responsible for various financial analyses and forecasts to support the Company's central
Treasury operations, capital market transactions, commercial paper dealing, bank account structure and interest rate hedging activities. Also responsible for providing back-up for the execution of all daily cash operations.

How you will do it
Treasury Analysis:

  • Provide analysis and reporting of monthly interest expense, interest income, bank fees, and foreign exchange gains / losses.

  • Provides interest expense and banking fee annual plan and forecast estimates. 

  • Monitors and analyzes corporate wide debt and cash levels and makes proactive recommendations to minimize cash balances. Develops and maintains cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal levels of debt.

  • Prepares analysis of external debt levels by currency, tenor and type. 

  • Monitors the Company's overall capital structure.

  • Prepares analysis required to support quarterly and annual external reporting needs. Assists corporate and external auditors with review of Treasury issues.

  • Administers the Company's revolving credit facilities and related U.S. commercial paper programs.

  • Monitors the performance of the Company's commercial paper dealers and other agents.

  • Assists with bank relationship management, including bank meetings, banking issue(s) identification and relationship monitoring.

  • Performs other Treasury projects as assigned.

Treasury Administration:

  • Responsible for providing back-up to the cash management function.

  • Assists in maintenance of Treasury databases, Treasury files and records including intercompany loans, capital injections and intercompany dividends.

  • Assists in creating Treasury department presentations.

  • Performs other treasury administration projects as assigned.

What we look for

  • 1 to 3 years related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent education required. 

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Finance preferred.

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with superior problem solving ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.

  • Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Must be self-motivated with ability to proactively identify issues through thorough analysis.

  • Must be a team player.
