This is a stellar plaintiff's firm with a national presence seeking an attorney to work in Miami, FL.   In order to be considered, the attorney must have 5+ years of a stable work history, Florida license and a proven trial track record. Ideally, this attorney will already be in Miami.  Top academic credentials are also strongly preferred. The firm's attorneys are typically those who finished at the top of their class and were on law review or completed a judicial clerkship.  This position will report to an accomplished, high level partner. The right attorney for this position will have extensive trial experience and be able to operate autonomously. The case load at hand involves Chinese drywall cases, financial litigation cases, and insurance claims (both first and third party). Experience with large class action law suits highly desirable.
