These positions are located in Mt. Laurel, NJ and Grapevine, TX. Relocation assistance is available.

As a Technical Resource Center Technician, you’ll field telephone calls from our customer/drivers when they experience mechanical difficulty with one of our vehicles.  You’ll talk the customer through the problem; determine whether the vehicle needs to go to a shop for further evaluation; assist the driver in finding an appropriate repair location; authorize repairs as needed; and ensure that all work is performed at a fair price.

Qualified candidates will possess 3+ years’ experience repairing heavy duty diesel tractor trailers, dump-trucks, roll-offs, bulldozers, back hoes, cranes, etc.  You should enjoy a fast pace, work well under pressure and possess strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ASE certification are a plus.
