Job Description- American Greetings is currently recruiting for a UPC Business Analyst for our Supply Chain Management team. Under the general direction of the Manager of IT\Supply Chain, this position will manage and facilitate UPC projects to identify internal/external process improvement and UPC catalog maintenance that will reduce cost and/or optimize corporate assetsCompletes monthly customer specific maintenance to insure accurate and timely shipments of product and receipt of POS information from our retailers. Interface with Account Administrators, Sales Management and AG customers to implement retail initiatives or sales programs. The role: - Must demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills. - Works cross-functionally to drive problem resolutions. - Builds consensus and communicated findings/recommendations to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-years of demonstrated analytical and problem solving experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Requires an extensive cross-functional contact network to insure proper representation of each area that is impacted by a project's overall goals. BA, Masters preferred. APICS certified a plus but not required.
