Job Duties:
§ Provide field service of Data Center support equipment, including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply/System) batteries, Power Distribution equipment and monitoring systems.
§ Conduct routine preventative maintenance emergency service, diagnosis and repair to systems and equipment replacement as necessary.
§ Perform Quality Control and Site Inspections as required. Provide 24X7 “On Call” services as needed.
Primary Job Duties:
§ Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent customer relations.
§ Assure customer satisfaction on all visits and respond to emergency calls in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum two year educational background in electronic repair or related military experience. Prefer experience with field service repair. Must have strong technical skills and diagnostic capabilities. Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and systems. Must be able to respond to emergency calls as required. PC skills a must, including
MS and internet products. Understanding of telecommunications, data processing operations very helpful. Extensive local travel with independent work structure.
Experience with UPS systems 25KVA and larger systems preferred.
