PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position: US IT Testing Analyst.

Summary Description:
This role is part of the testing team. The Test Lead Manager I manages the work of a group of Test Analysts and performs the Test Designer role. This role leads defining the test approach and ensuring its successful implementation. This includes identifying the appropriate methodologies, tools and guidelines to implement the required tests and to provide guidance to the test effort on corresponding resources requirements. Identifies and defines the required tests, monitors detailed testing progress and results in each test cycle and evaluates the overall quality. The role also represents stakeholders who do not have direct or regular representation on the project.

Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content:
Application and Depth of Expertise - Requires deep expertise of test methodologies, designs Test Cases for system and performance testing of business applications and understands application testing in the broader context of the PwC IT environment. This role solves application specific problems concerning Test Case execution and reporting of Test Case results.

Leads Test Analysts on testing teams
Uses deep expertise of testing and applies to application specific system and performance testing
Has deep expertise in use of testing methodologies and tools

Range of Impact:
Direction and Discretion - Leads a team of Test Analysts on small projects or works collaboratively with other Test Leads on a team on larger projects. This role independently controls their team's work products and makes choices relative to the team's management of execution and testing results.

Scope of responsibility:
Manages a team of Test Analysts on a small project or serves as a Test Lead of a work-stream for a testing team on a large project. This role has authority to manage the resources, work products and outcomes for their area of responsibility.
