Description: JPS Health Network is seeking a dedicated Pool Ultrasound Technician to work variable/rotating shifts as needed at our John Peter Smith Hospital facility, Fort Worth, Texas.  The Ultrasound Technician provides technical expertise and assistance to support and ancillary personnel; performs a variety of specialized technical ultrasound procedures for appropriate diagnosis on all patient populations

Qualifications:  Requires High School diploma or GED and completion of RDMS/ARRT Certified/Eligible training in an AMA approved school and/or equivalent training under the direction of a Radiologist and/or a licensed physician.  Technologists must be certified by the RDMS/ARRT (Ultrasound) upon hire or within 12 months of hire date.  Current BLS through American Heart Association is required.
