We are searching for an experienced Underwriter who is ambitious, self-motivated and articulate to join one of our wholesale branches. 
 

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Minimum of 5 years’ current conventional underwriting experience in a wholesale environment (no subprime).
• Strong knowledge in “A” Paper, FNMA/FHLM, and FHA/VA programs required.
• 3 years AUS experience.
• Must be well versed in DU and LP.
• Working knowledge of Data Trac is advantageous.
• Demonstrate high volume productivity.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• The ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge and training, and work well in a team environment is required.
