Position Description
Responsible for time entries for all Salaried (CATS system) and Hourly (TMWP system) personnel
Review and audit the time entries prior to payroll processing
Assist personnel to understand TMWP and CATS systems, and the proper entries into these systems
Continue the development of ESS & MSS with time entries
Review of hourly employees and their appropriate department clocks
Assist with development of additional attendance reporting for supervision and labor relations
Work on TARS (Time and Attendance Reporting System) reporting and assist with replacement of reporting by the SAP system
Ability to train supervisors on system changes and enhancements with SAP and Supervisor Plus
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to interpret and administer company timekeeping procedures and principles

Proficient personal computer skills
Comprehend department priorities
Previous experience resolving / answering questions arising from a labor agreement

Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a manufacturing facility
Basic Preferred Qualifications:
SAP, timekeeping, and UAW contract experience
