Title:  Unit Nurse Manager – Surgical Services

Location: Northern Idaho

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 /year   Depending on Experience

Small community hospital in picturesque North Idaho seeking a leader in nursing for the surgical services department.  Great shifts and benefits available – Scrubs & Laundry provided.  

The Surgical Services Manager job includes OR oversight, Pre-admission Clinic, Admit and Phase 2 Recovery area, PACU/SDS, Outpatient Clinic, SPU (sterile processing); approximately 25 FTE’s (42 employees)

Reporting to this position:  OR Clinical Supervisor, PACU/SDS Clinical Supervisor, Materials and Processing Coordinator, Scheduling and Staffing Coordinator. 

Required Experience:  Minimum of 3 years experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor. Management experience or documented background of management principle theory preferred.  Bachelors degree and current state of Idaho RN license.
