Seton Healthcare Family is seeking a two (2) nursing educators to join our Network Nursing Education Team and to serve as the Network Clinical Educator RN for a specialty as follows:

As an autonomous professional and nursing leader, the Network Clinical Educator RN influences evidence based practice, innovation and advancements in care. Collaborating with network, specialty and unit leadership, the position assesses, designs, implements and evaluates education plans to meet the learning needs of the specialty nurses throughout the network.

| Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Either the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree must be in Nursing. Three (3) years of related experience in education content development and delivery, project management, and large scale change management, to include two (2) years of progressive leadership experience. Preferred Master’s degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience. Experience with electronic health records is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas is required. Nursing Professional Development-Board Certified (RN-BC) certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications for Peri operative role:
Perio-operative Operating Room experience
Preferred Qualifications for Acute Care role:
Acute Care (Medical / Surgical) experience | |
