Unix Administrator / Systems Administrator

Location: Madison, WI 53701

Epic, a leader in client-server, thin client, and web applications for the healthcare industry, is seeking a system administrator to help manage our internal development, quality assurance, and test systems. Additional tasks may include exploring new versions of operating systems and HA packages, as well as improving internal server environment monitoring. Our internal systems are on a variety of  hardware platforms, with operating systems including AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, OpenVMS, and Windows. In-house clustering products include ServiceGuard, Veritas Cluster Server, HACMP, OpenVMS Cluster, and Windows 2003 Cluster Server.
