Upgrade Your Welding Skills in Greenville, South Carolina
Fluor offers pre-employment training at Greenville, South Carolina for experienced welders. This program is intended for experienced welders who are actively welding and need additional skills to advance to the next level. Welders wishing to brush-up their skills may also benefit from this program. This self-paced program is held Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The cost is $6.00 per day. Class size is limited to available space but students can enter the program at any time. (Pre-qualification required. See below) The course will focus on several welding techniques including: 1-1-E-2 flux cored or plate welding per the AWS CODE pipe 1-1-A carbon to carbon steel 6010 the root and 7018 remainder 1-1-ba carbon to carbon steel tig the root and 7018 remainder 1-1-b carbon to carbon steel tig all the way out 1-1-E carbon to carbon flux core 8-8-b stainless to stainless steel tig all way out Fluor's award winning pre-employment welder training programs have proven successful for over 11 years. The preferred welder for this program should be highly motivated to learn, have a good work ethic, possess experience ranging from intermediate knowledge to advanced skills, and be willing to travel.
