Upstream Engineering and Design - Project Services Manager

Our client is in need of a Project Services Manager.
Duties:
Directs and administers the work of the project services group (Project Planning, Estimating, Proposal Preparation, Cost Control, Document Control, Procurement and Contract Administration) for the organization with overall responsibility for department procedures, systems, administration and quality. Responsible for interviewing all candidates for open positions in the department and hiring, training/mentoring of department personnel, developing and instituting department processes and procedures and performing annual performance reviews.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering and minimum 10 years experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting, business administration, mechanical, civil, or electrical technology. Working knowledge of cost accounting. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of scheduling and cost systems and other software. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals. Able to build morale and align commitments to goals and objectives.
