Roles and responsibilities:

* This position will report to corresponding VP of sales of the particular region.
* Meet our existing and new customers in their respective region on regular basis.
* Client relationship management - maintains professional relations with customers and ensure responsive customer service after the sale/positioning consultants at customer
sites
* Try to find out if the customer is looking to fill any positions.
* Assist account mangers with coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

* Desire to succeed in a sales environment.
* Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to develop and manage professional networks with prospects and clients to strengthen knowledge of the business, industry, and geographic practices.
* Result-oriented, self-starter, with credibility, and integrity.
* Must be proficient with MS Office Applications .
* Comfortable making cold calls.

Education:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration Preferred.

Compensation:
Our attractive compensation plan includes base salary plus commission.
