As a member of the Creative team, the User Experience Designer works with Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters to define the overall experience a user has when interacting with digital solutions.

The user experience designer is the voice of the user, responsible for ensuring the best possible experience while balancing business goals and user needs.

With a strong foundation in usability, information architecture, human-computer interaction and other user-centered design practices he/she works collaboratively with creative and development to:

• contribute to creative solutions
• evaluate usability
• define ideal user interactions
• organize content and provide direction for content development
• provide insight into audience needs

The UXD facilitates meetings and overall collaboration between creative and development to validate the user experience.
