Job Description
User Experience Web Designer
Join PF Chang’s China Bistro as our new User Experience Web Designer at our Home Office in North Scottsdale! We are looking for a well-rounded designer with a solid foundation in User Interface design. Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Extensive knowledge regarding opportunities and limitations of web applications, as well as attention to detail with self-pride in quality of work are essential. This individual must be able to manage several design projects at one time and successfully meet all expectations and deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities: · Website design creation including site navigation, layout of content and revenue generation · Ability to provide website analytics · Creation of visual concepts that match the content and image proposed by clients · Perform maintenance and updates to existing site as needed · Desire and capacity to work as part of a highly creative, energetic and dynamic team · Skill in working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment · Passion for both the creative and technical aspects of the web · Must be flexible, detail-oriented, motivated with a strong work ethic
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 5+ years of experience in web design · Website analytics · Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, XHTML, AJAX/JavaScript, XML, UI/UE Design, Mobile Technology, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, W3C · Must possess strong communication skills · Mobile design experience preferred · Prior design/marketing background a plus Please send links or examples of your prior work along with your resume and salary history.
