About the Job
Position Summary and Special Duties
Work closely with opposing shift and other personnel to support production.
Supply all sub-ass’y and ass’y equipment with components
and equipment needed to produce system. Order material for both the
dept.. Ship all finished goods in management system by producing a
ship ticket on the tracker, logging the information and preparing skids
for removal by the warehouse. Go to central stores and pick up all
necessary supplies for the dept as needed. Be able to run all machines
during breaks and when needed by the production superintendent. As
production equipment advances through the debug stages and into full
production mode, candidates will be required to run 2 machines.
Prepare all necessary daily housekeeping and safety tasks.
Must be in good standing.
Preference will be given to colleagues with some computer experience.
Must be able to train on all sub-ass’y and ass’y equipment.
Preference will be given to colleagues with prior machine operator experience.
