A leading national environmental engineering and consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Financial Consultant  based in our Denver office. You have experience working on a variety of water and wastewater utility rate studies and connection fee studies. It is expected that the candidate has knowledge of the three elements of a rate study: the revenue requirement, cost-of-service analysis and rate design. This is a large and growing national practice specializing in utility rate studies for water and wastewater utilities and is a tremendous growth opportunity.

Required Skills  You have at least 10  years of public finance, economic consulting or utility management consulting experience.  B.S. degree in accounting, finance or environmental discipline  is required; M.S., M.B.A or M.P.A. preferred. CPA, CFA, CGFM, CMA or equivalent credentials a plus. You have strong experience with the development of financial and economic models, completion of utility rate and charge studies. You also have  a demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and prepare professional consulting reports.
