This RN will have a strong customer service focus and excellent problem solving/decision making skills. As the Utilization Review - Case Manager, he/she will identify patients of UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) appropriate for Case Management services and monitor and coordinate their continuum of care. Displaying positive leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member, the Utilization Review - Case Manager will work collaboratively with the Case Management Team, WRMC staff, physicians, community members and other service providers to utilize and develop services that most appropriately meet patients' needs, while striving to sustain and/or improve their quality of life. This person will perform utilization review and participate in medical management program (pathways, protocols and guidelines) as appropriate. 

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin, required.

Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

Five years experience in health care. Knowledge of utilization review processes, preferred.
