POSITION:   Interactive Services Professional

Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic individual sought to “rebuild” interactive dept. of well established privately held agency with strong reputation for interactive leadership in specific industry verticals.  You will work with Management to help define protocols, prioritize deliverables, support account service and creative/production teams on the strategic and creative development of websites, on-line advertising, SEM/SEO, social networking, tracking and reporting, etc.

Position requires an integrated skill set of design / production capabilities, project management and client services experience.

Currently the position manages one direct report “junior producer” and collaborates with Creative, Media and Account Management on all aspects of Interactive Advertising and Website Development. Position represents the Interactive department on new business pitches and is responsible for drafting RFP’s to vendors and submitting client proposals.   Despite management of designers and programmers, hire must be able to roll-up his/her sleeves should design and production require additional assistance. Individual must stay abreast of latest technologies and trends that can further clients’ business and marketing initiatives.

Working in tandem with the traditional account management team, responsibilities are to include day-to-day responsibilities for:

§         Strategic development and implementation management

§         Ensuring on-time, on budget & hi-quality delivery of work

§         Department staffing

§         Proposal writing

§         Participation in new business presentations

§         Department P & L

• Managing work flow through various departments and liaisoning with client for  feedback/approvals.


• Fiscal management and reporting of project and advertising budgets.


• Management of agency clients’ SEM campaigns and performance reporting.   


• Trafficking online advertising to Media with support of assistant


• Overseeing clients’ website hosting.

Qualifications:            

·         3+ years design and applications development / production experience

·         5+ years client services experience within the Interactive department of an Advertising Agency

·         Up-to-date knowledge of Web 2.0 and social media strategy.

·         Experience with website hosting vendors / management & rich media servers such as Eyeblaster.

·         Knowledge of Content Management Systems and development of mobile applications.

·         Expertise in developing and optimizing SEM & SEO programs

·         Excellent written & verbal communications skills
