Our client is looking for a self-starter candidate that will fill a help desk analyst role, must have great customer service skills. Perform first level support related to critical telecommunication channels, LAN operation, personal computers, switches, servers, peripheral data processing equipment and problem determination on Bank's desktop software applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Make sure to prevent any business impact due to infrastructure bottleneck or failure by adhering to guideline provided by Infrastructure Officer and provide first level of Service Desk support. Document all the project details as well as the current procedures and make sure the system manual is up to date. Work closely with clients, internal staff and other support personnel to resolve IT problems and to close tickets according to the current SLA. If needed escalate problems to the next level of support. Check the ticket log regularly and make sure all the support staff is working to close tickets. Provide AS/400 support and perform AS/400 night operations when needed. Receive all Project Quick Scans, update project data base and perform project administration duties including follow-ups. Provide assistance to the customers that interface with the telephone system. Responsible for data backups and restores which occur daily. Perform regular Server Maintenance and capacity management. Maintain an inventory of all the hardware and software user licenses. Work closely with Infrastructure Officer to provide monthly status reports; including audit reports to make sure AS400, AIX, Wintel servers are complying with the Bank Audit Standards. Responsible for full compliance of all Anti-Money Laundering Laws, Bank Secrecy Laws and KYC regulations.

Professional Experience:
Minimum 4-years experience in IT Infrastructure environment

Specific Knowledge / Qualifications:
Network and desktop operation system support
Knowledge of CISCO routers, hub switches, client support experience
Knowledge of MS Active Directory

Education:
Bachelor degree

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish (Optional)
Fluency in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
