Prospect new business and penetrate the market for continued growth and expansion.
Present company services to current and prospective clients.
Maintain and exceed company objectives through sales goals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Information Technology (IT), and Operations departments to develop and create sales plans for specific regions and territories.
Attend trade shows and other educational regional meetings.
Participate in strategic plan development and implementation for the Sales Division.
Participate in various projects performed by the Sales Division.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
2-4 years of related experience.
Experience with call center outsourcing and collections preferred..
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
