About the Job

The VP of Sales will drive new business within an assigned vertical for AccuData Integrated Marketing. This sales executive will employ solution selling techniques to pair direct marketing solutions with client needs. Proven experience conducting and documenting extensive discovery on marketing needs and selling to C-level decision makers nationwide are necessary for success. Training and support is provided to help you achieve in our performance based organization.

 

Standard Qualifications:

- Vertical expertise: Health Care

- Command of and ability to apply solution selling approach to complex sales cycles and document all the steps in the process.

- In depth, business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing pain identification and consultation and strategy development

- Demonstrated track record for signing new contracts to bring in at least $1MM to $2MM in new customer sales each year.

- Ability to identify new business & vertical market opportunities and formulate strategic solutions

- Direct Marketing- Preferably with selling database development, analytics, production, and email solutions for prospect and house file databases

- Proven negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to travel on a consistent and frequent basis, up to 4x monthly

- Strong presentational ability / speaking ability

- Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

- Adapt to and work with a C-level audience

- Effective and persuasive telephone selling skills

- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment and meet critical measures

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Track record of financial success as documented by W-2 which may be requested upon issuance of an employment offer

 

Preferred Experience:

- Fluency in multi-channel direct marketing with an emphasis on direct mail and email marketing

- Fluency in marketing analytics, particularly segmentation and the application of predictive models

- Client-side direct marketing experience

- Experience selling complex database marketing technology solutions (e.g., campaign management)

- Contract familiarity – i.e. contract law, understanding legal negotiation
