Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve Passenger, NPC & Quality goals for the Company and assigned Divisions.
In conjunction with the SVP Marketing and Circulation and Worldwide Organization, Create and Manage Mail plan and Cost of Goods Plan, Pricing/Costing Plan and Product Action plans for excellence for existing and new products.
Work with the Sr. VP of Marketing and the Circulation Team to plan the Marketing strategy to generate the passengers and net profit at the budgeted ROI.
Work with the EVP of Worldwide Operations for the selection of the Products based on prior year’s history and the file Universe & the final planning of the products based on competition.
Reviews all costings comparing them to competition and recommend sell prices for sign off by EVP Product Marketing.
Responsible for scheduling and attending all creative turnover meetings, to supply product, marketing and competitive highlights, for Catalog, Direct Mail, Email, POD and Website. Responsible for implementation of schedule and working with Creative to meet all deadlines
Proofs all product and marketing related information on all catalogs, emails, POD and web
Attend all circulation meetings to review results of all mailings with focus on assigned product line. Work closely with the circulation analysts to insure that results are being reviewed on a coded and non-coded basis to make recommendations for future mailings.
Create email marketing strategy for all products assigned.
Create discount strategy and implement in catalog and email schedule
Responsible for meeting all timelines of catalog and DM mailings, as well as discount strategy and which dates to promote in which mailings, per marketing monthly meeting review
Work with buyers to makes product presentations with particular emphasis on Telesales, Customer Service and Operations.
Mandatory monthly attendance at off site marketing meeting with full participation
Monitors and responds to all quality issues regarding assigned products and work with Worldwide for action plans from buyers in regions by product
Attend weekly count meeting and implement efficiencies concerning opening dates per mail schedule and consolidation of dates based on performance and mail schedules

Education/Experience:
BA degree or equivalent from four-year College. Ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to understand statistical results and make proper deductions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software, software for proofing Adobe, Plan System.
