We seek a seasoned VP of Quality Assurance for a favorite client with proven career progression within the dairy industry. You will manage the entire QA staff, director level down to plant level, ensuring that all QA and Compliance issues are met and that all policies and procedures comply with company and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for all H.R. functions related to the QA staff, as well as setting goals and objectives. Must have a strong history with regulatory, customer and third party audits. Must have proven history working with shelf stable foods, cheese, butter and retort processes. To be considered, we require a minimum of 8 years quality management experience,and a minimum of 10 years in a food/dairy plant. A MBA or Masters of Science, with related professional certifications is strongly preferred. Bachelors in Food Science, Biology or related degree.
