Responsibilities
Oversee business development, enterprise sales, marketing and customer relations channels.
Set strategy, budgets, and goals for all channels and direct reports.
ยท Develop new account acquisition strategies to help attract and retain more customers.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Directly responsible for cultivating, resurrecting, and developing partnerships and large/enterprise sales opportunities.
Supervise the planning, development and delivery of company marketing and communications.
Submit monthly sales activity reports to senior management regarding clients in all phases of the sales cycle.
Requirements
7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably selling to financial institutions and/or major retailers.
3+ years of sales management experience including managing, setting goals, training, motivating, and leading a successful sales team.
Track record of exceeding goals and motivating others to work at a higher level.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Reliable, motivated self-starter, outgoing, problem solver, and customer service and goal oriented
Ability and willingness to travel.
Bachelor's degree and experience using ACT! preferred
