The Vice President, Sales and Advertising is responsible for branding, marketing and sales strategies that drive awareness, demand, market leadership and corporate business objectives.

Specific responsibilities include branding; advertising and creative direction; media management; production management; promotional strategy and partnerships; business and market development; market research and customer insights; cooperative marketing; performance and decision support reporting and analysis; agency and vendor management; direction and development of sales and advertising staff and collaborative teamwork throughout the organization.

This position will work closely with various internal departments to develop campaigns, collateral and promotional materials, and leverage all touch points to support optimal lead conversion and referrals. Initiate and maintain sales and advertising budgets and expenditures. Ensures brand integrity while gaining optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions

·           Develop and execute advertising and sales plans to achieve business objectives.

·           Establish and manage brand standards for consistency across all marketing and communications.

·           Oversee the development and maintenance of timely consumer insights to guide the business and direct advertising efficiencies and effectiveness. Includes analysis and research.

·           Oversee tracking and reporting of marketing performance.

·           Provide a center of business intelligence for the organization, tracking shifts and trends in a timely manner that present opportunities or threat to the business and fact-based solution to drive the business. Scope includes the marketplace and industry, the competition, consumer trends and best practices in advertising and sales.

·           Oversee the development and implementation of database marketing, optimizing conversion of leads to surgery through proven remarketing campaigns.

·           Oversee coop and partnership programs, including doctors, hospitals, primary care providers and referral networks.

·           Guide and manage internal communications and PR to ensure consistency in messaging to all stakeholders.

·           Oversee local marketing to fully leverage corporate resources and ensure well targeted investments and achieves market dominance.

·           Provide leadership and direction for a consistent brand experience through customer satisfaction tracking and enhancement programs.
