Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute business strategies that will maximize market opportunities. Create and implement strategic sales and marketing objectives.
· Execute sales plan to achieve maximum sales volume and profitability.
· Oversee the management of sales teams and their territories.
· Assess new markets and propose new business opportunities.
· Evaluate and direct licensing initiatives and programs to include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals.
· Provide input for new product and new product strategies.
· Operate within the approved sales, budget and business plans.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
· Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
· Candidate should posses a Bachelor or Masters degree and five years of experience in a senior-level sales and marketing position.
