Vaccine Sales Specialist - Wilmington, DE

We are currently engaged in a direct hire/full time search for one of our Clients. We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional for the role of Vaccines Sales Specialist for a Wilmington, DE territory. 

 

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • To represent the client to the targeted customer list
  • To deliver sales within agreed budgets while meeting organizational objectives through effective delivery of the product messages
  • Effectively  execute the tactical marketing plan for the product(s)
  • Effectively identify/monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships.
  • Personally influence and interact with the whole of the relevant physician office staff.
  • To monitor and manage the inventory of vaccine within the target office, and to take orders for the product through the direct distribution system

Target Audience:               

  • Pediatricians, General Practitioners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years selling experience preferred.
  • VACCINE SELLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Transactional sales experience an acceptable alternative (diagnostics, device)
    • Must have experience working with offices re: reimbursement issues
  • Understanding of how to execute market strategy, and deploy the appropriate tactical mix.
  • Product launch experience, preferred.
  • Currently working for a pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech company in a sales role
