Position Description:
Vendor Enrollment Supervisor would be responsible for participating with and managing a team of 6-10 individuals responsible for enrolling vendors to accept ACH and Card payments on Invoices instead of Checks. Responsibilities include:

1. Work with Account Managers and Clients during implementation to create a tailored Enrollment Campaign Project

2. Manage Enrollment Campaign Projects

3. Create Enrollment Campaign Materials

4. Innovate Enrollment Campaign Methods

5. Report on the Success of the Enrollment Campaigns

6. Validate vendor registration bank account and routing information

7. Resolve vendor enrollment issues

8. Work with management to shape the product and solution direction

Position Requirements:
Associates Degree or Two Year College equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
