Title: Vendor Operations Coordinator

Description
The Vendor Operations Coordinator (VOC) will be responsible for successful integration of vendors working with the Customer offering benefits administration and population health management programs.

The VOC has responsibility for the coordination of multiple vendor services to ensure appropriate referral processes are in place which will maximize the Customers health and wellness initiatives for their members. VOC will be required to hold quarterly vendor summit meetings to ensure appropriate communication is occurring between vendors and processes are working to promote program goals. Additionally, the VOC will provide reporting of referral metrics, offer continuous process improvement suggestions and implement agreed upon solutions among vendors.

The VOC will coordinate documentation of secure and confidential processes of data interchange been Customers health partners while ensuring data is secure and kept confidential at all points of the exchange.

The VOC is responsible for client satisfaction, retention and reference-ability. S/he will act as customer advocates, as well a point of contact with senior Customer stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship. They provide thought leadership and support program planning and impact assessment, as well as coordination and promotion of service.

VOC's proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and improvement. As opportunities are identified, they work with other Client Services staff, Account and Product Management to improve processes, and develop new solutions.

The successful candidate will have a background in business operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities
' Responsible for day to day vendor integration for Customer health and wellness programs ; including vendor coordination, program integration and problem solving within the program.
' Faciliate Customers quarterly Health Improvement Vendor Operation meetings including follow up of each vendors action plans and ensuring resolution
' Provide ongoing management of metrics and operations of all Customer Health Improvement programs
' Assist with vendor follow up from Customer and member requests
' Facilitate/research health improvement program and business operations best practices
' Provide quarterly scorecards to vendors demonstrating collective progress and contributions to designated metrics
' Manage participant satisfaction survey for all programs and create a follow up report to the Customer

Qualifications
' BA/BS required, health science field is a differentiator.
' Minimum 3 ' 5 years in a corporate environment
' Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment.
' Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, time management skills and detail oriented
' Ability to analyze and leverage corporate experiences from other strategic accounts to develop and deliver best practice health improvement programming ideas
' Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts
' Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
