The right candidate will supervise the staff *, setup processes to improve efficiency, direct daily operations, implement marketing programs, and manage productivity and finances. Excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong financial and HR background, and exceptional people skills required.  Public relations and marketing skills are a plus.
